I had a recall taken care of here and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was professional, got me in and out quicker than I expected, and didn’t treat me like just another number. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of nonsense. Honestly, if I ever need service or end up buying another Mitsubishi, I’d definitely come back here. Worth the drive.

Crystal in the Finance department is hands down the best in the business at Diehl Mitsubishi. She was patient with my questions and provided advice for what my options were to maximize my monthly payments. I work in finance and she even taught me a few new things. I wouldn't typically advise to let the finance officer at a dealership help with the add ons, but she really is the exception. If you're looking for a loan that beats anything you'll find elsewhere, ensure to ask for her.

Came in for a newly traded in CR-V and was up front about what I wanted to do. Micko from sales helped me make it quick and was friendly and professional. Thank you to the finance manager Crystal for also helping and being friendly.

Young salesman Demicko was wonderful. Really made looking at the cars a great experience. He knows his cars for sure, very funny too . And was so patient and showed me cars that had the things I wanted and needed. Great young man . When I am able to get my car I will be coming there and speaking to him again to help finalize it.
