I had came in a few months back, I was considering trading in my vehicle. I had been contemplating on getting something new not because I necessarily needed a new car I just wanted one at the time, when I had spoke with a good fellow by the name of Demicko Snowden. He told me my vehicles worth and instead of being like most car sales representatives and trying to force a sale he kept it real with me. He informed me that my vehicles trade in value would’ve cause me to have negative equity and that I should keep that in mind if Im to consider getting a new vehicle. If you want someone that’s truly honest with you and genuine Demicko’s the guy it not just about making a sale with him.

Crystal in the Finance department is hands down the best in the business at Diehl Mitsubishi. She was patient with my questions and provided advice for what my options were to maximize my monthly payments. I work in finance and she even taught me a few new things. I wouldn't typically advise to let the finance officer at a dealership help with the add ons, but she really is the exception. If you're looking for a loan that beats anything you'll find elsewhere, ensure to ask for her.
